| Brigade General, retired. In the time of his multi-year military service, including military intelligence, he held a series of official positions connected to international security analyses and national assessments presented at international organizations forums, including NATO and EU. In 2010 the NATO Military Committee assigned him as the deputy director of the Intelligence Directorate in the NATO HQ, Brussel. After the duty in Brussel, in 2013 – 2016 he was a military attaché in Washington DC.
✪ He is a post diploma study graduate in the National Defense Academy in Warsaw as well as NATO Defense College in Rome (Italy).
✪ He lectured in National Defense University in Washington DC, Foreign Service Institute of the U.S. State Department in Washington DC, Baltic Defense College in Tartu (Estonia). He cooperates with the Daniel Morgan Academy in Washington DC and The Cipher Brief.
✪ In 2011 – 2013 he was a military coordinator for Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS) program implementation in NATO HQ.
✪ The area of his interest and research covers international relations, international military cooperation and contemporary security threats.
